- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp light soy sauce (2 to 3)
- 1 bag broccoli slaw (16 ounce.)
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 can water chestnuts drain
- Â Â bean sprouts or possibly bamboo shoots optional
- 2 pkt ramen noodles
Инструкции
- Mix dressing ingredients together, but do not put on salad till ready to use.
- Mix salad ingredients together.
- When ready to serve, pour dressing over all, and crush 2 bags of ramen noodles over the salad (do not use packets enclosed).
- Mix and serve.
- NOTES : Mary says: This salad is addicting! We make up the dressing and when ever we feel like a good salad, this is it!
