- Flour a brown in bag. Sprinkle one side of the brisket with seasoned salt, garlic pwdr and half of soup mix. I like to add in some black pepper, also.
- Place brisket seasoned side down in bag and sprinkle other side with the rest of soup mix, seasoned salt, garlic pwdr and pepper.
- In a one c. measure, pour 1 inch of Teryaki sauce and 1/4 inch of Kitchen Bouquet. Fill c. with water and pour around brisket in bag. Add in 3 more c. of water and tie bag. Bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hrs or possibly till tender.
- NOTES : I use a 3-4 pound first cut brisket with same sauce proportions. A brown-in-bag is not imperative, but helps clean up.
