Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Chiles, malagueta, stemmed
  • 1 c. Vinegar
  • 1 x Wine bottle, 750ml
  •     Oil, olive

Инструкции

  1. Place the chiles in the wine bottle, add in the vinegar and extra virgin olive oil to fill. Cork the bottle securely. Place bottle in refrigerator and let steep for at least 2 weeks, shaking the bottle infrequently.
  2. Substitute tabascos or possibly piquins if malagueta chiles are unavailable.
