Ингредиенты

6 x Large eggs
1/4 c. Heavy cream
1/4 tsp Salt
Pepper

1 c. Baby shrimp
6 x Bread rusks
1 c. Warm MORNAY

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350. Mix Large eggs with cream & seasonings. Blend in baby shrimp. Lightly grease six 4 ounce molds. Fill with egg mix. Place molds in water bath. Bake 25 min. Unmold onto rusks. Cover with sauce & serve.
