- Dissolve Jello in 2 c. boiling water. Add in 1 c. pineapple juice, 1/2 c. cool water. Place in refrigerator till Jello is at the consistency of beaten egg whites.
- Mix soft cream cheese, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Mix in Jello. Refrigerateovernight. Yield: 12 servings.
