Рецепт Molded Cheese Delight

Ингредиенты

1 env. orange-flavored gelatin 1 c. warm water 20 lg. marshmallows 1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded cheddar cheese

1 c. crushed pineapple 1 c. pineapple juice 1/2 c. minced nuts 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Инструкции

1. Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Add in marshmallows and stir till melted. Add in shredded cheese, pineapple, pineapple juice and minced nuts. Refrigeratemix till partially set. Then whip cream and fold into gelatin mix. Refrigeratethoroughly till hard. Unmold on salad greens. (Use 4 1/2 c. mold.) Serves 4 to 6.
