- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 3 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

- Combine all ingredients except bacon; stir well. Spoon in lightly greased, shallow 2 qt casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 min. Sprinkle with bacon, cook 5 more min. Yield: 8 servings.
