Season and tie two 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts.
|

|
I grilled some squash and mushrooms with the chicken.
|
|
|
Grill on high heat for about 12 minutes. Baste with Mojo sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.

|
|
I served the chicken with a strawberry jicama salsa and baked plantains as well.
