Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. (250 g) flour
  • 4 ½ ounce (125 g) white chocolate
  • ½ c. (125 g) butter
  • ½ c. (50 g) powdered sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 healthy pinch salt

Инструкции

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites
  2. Soften the butter, that should be soft but not runny
  3. Heat the white chocolate in a bain-marie
  4. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C)
  5. Butter a deep cake pan
  6. Put the Large eggs yolks and sugar into a mixing bowl, and beat till the mix becomes frothy and light in color
  7. Stir in the flour, and then the butter
  8. Beat the egg whites till they form stiff peaks, adding a healthy pinch of salt
  9. Fold them in carefully
  10. Pour into the cake pan and put into the oven
  11. Bake for 50 min, covering the cake halfway through cooking if the top is getting too brown.
  12. Turn out onto a cooling rack and let it cold down
