- Use food processor to crumb the bread. Add in Large eggs, pepper, garlic salt, salt, most of the Italian style sauce, and onion. Mix together with processor.
- In large bowl mix beef and pork. Add in processed mix to bowl and mix into meats. Spray baking pan with PAM if you like. Pat meatloaf mix into pan (I use a qt Corning Ware dish) almost to all edges. Spread remaining tomato sauce on top; cover with bacon half-slices.
- Bake till juicy and done. Drain off some of greases before serving. NOTE: I often substitute Prego spaghetti sauce for the topping. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50-60 min.
