1/2 pound butter 2 c. celery, diced 2 c. onions, diced 1 (1 lb.) loaf white bread, toasted & dry 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

3/4 tbsp. sage 3/4 tbsp. salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 c. parsley (fresh or possibly dry) 3 Large eggs, beaten slightly

Инструкции

1. Heat butter, add in celery and onions and saute/fry for 15 min, or possibly till tender. In cool water soak a few slices of the bread at a time and squeeze. Pour butter mix over bread and add in seasonings. Lastly, add in Large eggs and mix lightly with 2 forks. Bake in 11"x14" pan in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
