Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. warm coffee
  • 2 large eggs, unbeaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon shortening
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. To make cake, cream butter and sugar; add in dry ingredients. Add in lowfat milk and coffee slowly. Beat with electric mixer for 2 min. Add in large eggs and vanilla and beat for 1 more minute. Pour into 13x9 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 min.To make frosting, cook cornstarch, salt, sugar and water till boiling. Mix will be thick and clear. Add in melted chocolate and lowfat milk slowly to cooked ingredients. Add in shortening and vanilla. Spread cooled frosting over cooled cake.
