Ингредиенты

  • 1 stk Oleo (Butter if you do not care)
  • 1 1/2 c. bananas (3 medium)
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk (sour lowfat milk by adding 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar to whole lowfat milk)
  • 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts (I always use pecans)

Инструкции

  1. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour till tests done by sticking tooth pick in center. Sometimes it takes a little more than an hour. Do not fill pan too full.
  2. (May be divided into two smaller pans.)
  3. This is the best banana bread recipe I've ever made. It's very moist and EVERYONE loves it!! It freezes well.
