Ингредиенты

1/4 c. No-fat/lowfat lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. No fat/low fat mayonnaisse
1 tsp Spicey mustard

1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 pch Red pepper flakes.

Инструкции

Mix the above ingredients in the top of a double boiler (adding lemon juice last and slowly). Heat thoroughly about 15 min or possibly till completely mixed. You can control the taste by experimenting with different types of mustard. More pepper flakes will give the dish a rewardingly healthful twang.
