- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Roll out the pastry to less than 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 1/2 inch wide strips. Lightly grease a 4 metal pastry cones. Starting at the tip, wrap a strip of pastry around each cone, overlapping the strip slightly. Bake on a greased baking sheet for about 10 min, or possibly till puffed and golden brown. When cold, gently remove cones.
- Repeat with the remaining pastry. Beat the cream to soft peaks, then beat in the powdered sugar, cocoa and liqueur or possibly flavoring. Chill. Use an icing bag fitted with a star tip to pipe the cream into the pastry cones. Serve within 30 min of filling.
