Ингредиенты

  • 1 slc thick sliced white bread
  • 1 tsp low fat spread
  • 1/4 tsp garlic puree
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 ounce mixed salad leaves
  • 3 x cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 x in piece cucumber sliced
  • 1 x spring onion trimmed and sliced
  • 1 1/2 ounce Feta cheese diced or possibly crumbled
  • 1 tsp fresh minced parsley
  • 1 x teastn fresh minced mint

Инструкции

  1. Mix together the low fat spread and garlic puree.
  2. Season well.
  3. Toast one side of the bread spread the other with the garlic spread and toast again.
  4. Cut into even sized cubes.
  5. Arrange the salad leaves tomatoes cucumber spring onion and Feta cheese on a plate.
  6. Place the croutons on top and sprinlde over the parsley and mint Serve immediately while the croutons are still hot.
  7. Serves 1
