- 3 lb Meat,1-1/2lb beef and 1/2 lb
- Â Â Each pork and lamb, or possibly veal
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- Â Â Salt and pepper, to taste.
- 1/2 c. Meat stock or possibly bouillion
- Â Â Garlic clove, or possibly more, taste

- Mash garlic with a bit of salt and stock. Strain over meat with other ingredients. add in tsp. of summer savory minced and roll as small sausage. Broil over charcoal. Mix day before so flavors will blend. Add in bread crumbs if meat is fatty.
