- USE MORI NU LITE TOFU
- Heat the dashi to a simmer in a saucepan. Add in the mushrooms and simmer for 3 to 4 min. Soften the miso in a small bowl by mixing it with a few Tbsp. ns of warm dashi. Pour the softened miso into the saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, add in the tofu, and return just to a boil. Pour into individual soup bowls and garnish with the green onions.
