- Up to 24 hrs before serving, mix ingredients till well blended.
- Cover and chill till about 45 min before serving. Unwrap cream puffs and thaw at room temperature about 30 min. Cut off tops of puffs with sharp knife; remove any filaments of soft dough.
- Fill each puff with 1 rounded teaspoonful ham mix Replace tops of puffs.
