%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20had%20a%20wonderful%20dinner%20at%20a%20great%20friends%20house%20last%20night.%20%20Now%20while%20I%20REALLY%20want%20to%20steal%20her%20Chicken%20Chili%20recipe,%20the%20one%20that%20I%20DID%20bring%20home%20and%20copy%20today%20was%20her%20dessert,%20miniature%20candy%20apples%20made%20with%20grapes.%20%20They%20were%20AMAZING.%20%20As%20most%20of%20you%20know%20I%20have%20NO%20SHAME%20in%20stealing%20recipes%20and%20trying%20there%20right%20here%20on%20my%20blog,%20most%20of%20my%20cookbook%20contains%20someone%20else's%20original%20recipe%20with%20slight%20modifications.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo;%20while%20at%20the%20store%20this%20morning%20I%20picked%20up%20the%20ingredients%20and%20gave%20it%20a%20shot.%20%20The%20ONLY%20thing%20I%20changed%20was%20I%20bought%20RED%20grapes%20and%20covered%20the%20entire%20(at%20least%20I%20tried)%20grape%20to%20make%20it%20look%20like%20a%20real%20candy%20apple.%20%20I%20know%20it%20is%20JUST%20a%20mental%20image,%20but%20these%20things%20give%20you%20the%20taste%20of%20a%20real%20candy%20apple...you%20don't%20notice%20the%20grape%20taste;%20it's%20a%20mind%20trick%20I%20suppose%20but%20makes%20this%20dessert%20a%20real%20treat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20ingredients%20are%20simple:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EToothpicks%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDe-stem%20the%20grapes,%20wash%20and%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChop%203-4%20Oz.%20of%20Peanuts.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDump%20the%20Carmel%20Bits%20into%20a%20medium%20high%20sauce%20pan%20and%20melt.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20melted,%20cover,%20dip%20or%20whatever%20method%20you%20can%20figure%20out%20with%20carmel%20and%20roll%20in%20chopped%20peanuts.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
