Prepared pizza sauce

Pepperoni slices
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Toast muffin or possibly biscuit lightly. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni slices to taste. Place under broiler in oven just till cheese melts. Watch carefully - the broiler heats quickly and can burn your "mini pizza"!
