- Directions: Combine the water and lowfat milk in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat till the mix reaches 120-130 degrees. Combine the warm roll mixes, softened butter, 1/3 c. sugar, and Large eggs in a large bowl. Add in the warm lowfat milk mix and stir well. Cover and let stand for 5 min. Divide the dough into 4 portions. Place 1 portion onto a floured surface and roll dough to a 20" x 7" rectangle. Brush with the melted butter. Combine the grnd cinnamon candies, 1/3 c. sugar, and grnd cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/4 of the candy mix over the dough. Roll up the dough, jelly roll fashion. Healthy pinch seam to seal. Cut into 1/2" slices. Place a 6" round cake pan in the center of a pizza pan. Spray both pans with cooking spray. Begin arranging the rolls around the cake pan, piling up roll slices several layers deep.
- Repeat procedure 3 times with remaining dough, butter, and candy mix.
- Let the roll wreath rise in a hot place for 30 min till doubled in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min till golden brown. Cold slightly.
- Remove cake pan from center of the wreath. Combine the powdered sugar with 1/3 c. lowfat milk and stir. Drizzle over hot rolls. Sprinkle with additional candies.
