Ингредиенты

Nabisco Vanilla Wafer Cookies 8 ounce. Philadelphia cream cheese 1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar

1 egg 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Инструкции

1. Put one vanilla wafer (round side up) in paper bake c.. Top with above mix (about 1/2 full), mixed really smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min. Cold.
2. Top with pie filling. 1 can pie filling will cover about 1 1/2 dozen. The above recipe will make 1 dozen cheese cakes.
