Mini Cheese Cakes

Ингредиенты

8 ounce. pkg. of cream cheese
6 tbsp. sugar

1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Инструкции

Cream above ingredients and spread 1/2 inch thick on a vanilla wafer placed in a small muffin paper.
Place filled muffin papers in a muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
Cold completely.
When completely cooled, top each mini cheese cake with a dab of prepared whipped topping. Finish off with a tsp. of cherry pie filling or possibly strawberry pie filling. Makes about 20.
