Ингредиенты

1/2 pound Ricotta cheese 1 egg 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese

Sm. bits of ham 1 pkg. Pillsbury pastry pockets

Инструкции

1. Mix first four ingredients. Set aside. Flatten pastry pockets slightly with rolling pin or possibly the hand. Divide mix proportionately on the pastry. Fold over to close; seal edges with a fork. Pierce tops slightly. Bake on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet at 350 degrees till brown, about 20-25 min.
