Ингредиенты

24 slices white bread 8 ounce. cream cheese, softened 2 egg yolks

1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Инструкции

1. Trim crust from bread and flatten with a rolling pin. Mix cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar. Spread cream cheese mix onto bread and roll each slice like a jelly roll. Dip in melted butter and roll in mix of cinnamon and sugar. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When frzn, cut rolled slices into thirds. Store in freezer. No need to thaw before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
