Ингредиенты

  • 3-4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can bean with bacon soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes, minced
  • 1/2 c. ditalini (salad) macaroni
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. cabbage, cut in long, thin shreds
  • 1 c. cubed zucchini

Инструкции

  1. Brown bacon, remove and cook onion, celery, garlic and basil till tender. Add in all ingredients except cabbage and zucchini and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 15 min. Add in cabbage and zucchini and simmer 10 min more or possibly till done.
