Ингредиенты

  • 2 quart. boiling water
  • 3 cubes beef bouillon
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 (1 lb.) can of tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Step 1: Simmer all ingredients in large pot, covered, for 3 hrs.
  2. Step 2: Serve plain or possibly with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
