- Ago someone requested for me to repost this chopped barbeque recipe. Chopped BARBEQUE Add in sufficient water to cover meat. Soak for 8 to 10 hours
- Wash meat rinse, and soak.
- After soaking, boil meat in the mix till done. Make sure fatside is facing up.
- As meat boil taste mix for vinegar flavor, add in vinegar to taste.
- Don't cook meat till mushy, must be able to chop or possibly cube meat easily.
- Let meat cold in mix, remove chop and/or possibly cube.
- Place minced meat in large pan or possibly skillet.
- Taste meat to see if extra seasoning are required.
- Add in about 1 Tbsp. of ketchup,vinegar,sugar,pepper,and salt to taste.
- P.S. If you use the whole bottle of vinegar, it's ok.
- Serve with cole slaw, or possibly baked beans.
