  • 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. Shortening
  • 2 x Large eggs well beaten
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Molasses
  • 1 1/4 c. Mince-meat
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 4 tsp Baking pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add in Large eggs, molasses, lowfat milk, water, and mince-meat. Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt and baking pwdr. Add in rolled oats. Combine with first mix. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in warm oven (410 F) 15-20 min. 45 servings.
