- Add sugar into the egg yolk. Add milk. Add cornstarch and mix evenly.
- Cook on high heat. Add in 1 slice of cheese. Stir while cooking on high heat. Cook until it is thick and creamy.
- Pour into bowl and freeze for 4 hours or more.
- Cut into cubes
- Spread egg yolk on them
- Bake at 230 C For 15 mins
