Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 (1.55 ounce) lowfat milk chocolate candy bars, melted
  • 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 (5 1/2 ounce) can chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (opt.)

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter; gradually add in sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add in melted candy bars.Put together flour, soda and salt; add in to chocolate mix alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mix. Mix just till blended after each addition. Add in pecans, chocolate syrup and vanilla, blending well.
  2. Pour batter into a greased and lightly floured 10" bundt or possibly tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 min; remove from pan and cool completely. Sift a small amount of powdered sugar over cake, if you like. Yield: a 10" cake.
