- Mix sugar, butter, evaporated lowfat milk, and marshmallow topping in a heavy 2-qt saucepan. Quickly bring to a bubbling boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to medium
- Heat when bubbles appear all over the top; stir 8 min.
- Remove from heat and add in chips, stirring till completely melted and blended into mix. Add in vanilla and minced nuts. Pour into a greased 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan. Cold thoroughly.
- Makes 3 dozen squares or possibly 2 1/4 pounds fudge.
