  • 2 pound lean grnd beef
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. tomato catsup
  • 1 sm. green pepper, minced fine
  • 1 sm. onion, minced fine
  • 1 crushed garlic cloves

  1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into loaf. Place in baking dish. In preheated 350 degree oven, place the might meatloaf for 40 min. Remove from oven and cover loaf with a light coating of Dijon mustard. Return to oven to 20 min.
