Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. diced raw potatoes
  • 1/2 c. sliced carrots
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pound shredded cheese
  • 2 c. cream style corn

Инструкции

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients with 2 c. boiling water. Cover and simmer 10 min. Don't drain! In saucepan, heat butter, add in flour and blend. Gradually add in lowfat milk while stirring. Cook till thickened. Add in cheese; stir till melted. Add in cream style corn and undrained vegetables to cheese sauce. Heat, do not boil.
