Ингредиенты

4 Large eggs 3 c. sugar 1 c. oil 2 c. mashed, sweet potatoes or possibly pumpkin 1 c. liquid 3 1/2 c. flour

1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 1/4 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Mix together Large eggs, sugar, and oil. Gradually add in sweet potatoes and 1 c. liquid. If using pumpkin, add in 1 c. water. Then add in remaining ingredients. Mix well and spread in large jelly roll pan, lightly greased. (If too thick in pan, use an extra pan.) Spread 1 1/2 to 2 c. chocolate chips over top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Do not overbake. This makes a lot.
