My kids (1 & 3) and I love tofu cubed and microwaved (with low sodium soya sauceput on before heating). I nuke the heck out of it and they eat it like candy with theirfingers. I also freeze it and then crumble it into any sauces (instead of meat). Iprefer the tofu with herbs already in it - the kids like the plain kind.
