Microwave treacle pudding - really easy dessert recipe!

This is a very tasty and extremely easy dessert recipe with few ingredients in it - perfect for a last-minute addition to the meal.

Ингредиенты

  • Self-raising flour (100g)
  • Sugar (100g)
  • Butter/margarine (100g)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Milk (2 tbsp)
  • Golden syrup (3 tbsp)

Инструкции

  1. Put the golden syrup in the bottom of a microwave proof bowl
  2. Mix all the other ingredients well
  3. Pour the mixture on top of the golden syrup
  4. Microwave for 5 minutes on high, with a plate over the top
  5. Turn out to serve, and eat with custard or ice cream
