1 c. diced lean ham 1 c. shredded zucchini 3/4 c. minced tomato, liquid removed

1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 3 tbsp. mayonnaise 4 English muffins, split and toasted lightly

1. Gently mix together the first 5 ingredients. Top each muffin half with mix, dividing it equally amongst the halves. Place sandwiches on a microwave rack and microwave on high till warm and bubbly, about 4 min. Yield: 8 servings.
