1 1/2 pound grnd beef 1/2 c. oatmeal 1/4 c. green pepper, minced 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

1 egg 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and shape into patties. Place in a 10 x 16 inch glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper; cook at high for 10 min.
2. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients, pour over patties. Return to microwave for 15-20 min at high setting. Serves 6.
