Рецепт Microwave Peach Cobbler

Ингредиенты

1/2 to 3/4 c. liquid (from defrosted or possibly canned peaches) 3 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice

4 c. peaches 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Инструкции

1. Microwave on High power first 4 ingredients, 2 min (stir every 30 seconds). Add in next 3 ingredients, microwave on High power 2 minute (stir every minute)
2. Mix biscuit topper ingredients together except for cinnamon-sugar. (Knead dough in a small amount of sugar.)
3. Pour peach mix in conventional oven-proof bowl. Roll dough out and spread on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake 400 degrees about 20 min.
