- Place bacon in 2 qt casserole. Microwave on high till bacon is crisp, about 3 to 4 min.
- Add in reserved clam juice, potatoes, and onions. Cover. Microwave on high till potatoes are tender, about 8 to 10 min, stirring after half of cooking time.
- Blend in flour. Stir in lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Microwave till thick, about 5 to 7 min. Stir after half of cooking time. Blend in half and half; stir in clams. Microwave at medium high till heated and thickened. Stir 2 or possibly 3 times while cooking.
