- Grease pan provided with mix with solid shortening. In medium bowl put together all cake ingredients. Beat with spoon 75 strokes or possibly till smooth. Pour into pan. Microwave 6 1/2 min on High. Cake is done when it pulls away from the sides. If not done, bake more at 30 second intervals. Watch carefully, immediately invert on serving plate.
- In small bowl mix glaze ingredients, microwave 45-60 seconds on High. Stir till smooth. Spread on top and sides of cake. Serves 6-8.
