Microwave Beer Cheese Fondue

Ингредиенты

2 c. (8 ounce) shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. (4 ounce) shredded sharp natural cheese
1 T flour

3/4 c. beer
Dash warm pepper sauce
Cubed bagels

Инструкции

Stir together cheese and flour. Heat 3/4 cup beer uncovered at high for 2 min (till it bubbles). Add in pepper sauce. Stir in cheese. Cook uncovered on medium 5 min till melted and mix is blended. Stir twice. Serve warm and with bagels.
