  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Nutmeg, raisins, and graham crackers

  1. Microwave lowfat milk in 2 cup measure cup and heat on high speed for 2-3 min till bubbly. In bowl, mix large eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla, using a whisk. Blend in lowfat milk. Put 5 raisins, one crushed graham cracker in bottom of 4 cups; pour lowfat milk mix over this and sprinkle nutmeg on top of each filled cup. Arrange cups in a circle and microwave at medium (70-75%) high till custard resembles soft- set gelatin, 4-7 min.
