Ингредиенты

  • 4 lb brisket of beef
  • 2 lrg onions Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Garlic to taste
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce

Инструкции

  1. Place sliced onions in bottom of roasting pan. Place meat fat-side up on top of the onions. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Roast uncovered 350 degrees for one hour. Baste. Add in water if necessary. Cover and roast another hour.
  2. Cold the roast. Slice thin. Put back into gravy. Cover and roast till tender, about 1 more hour.
