Ингредиенты

  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 3/4 c. self rising meal
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
  • 1 (11 ounce.) can mexicorn
  • 1 sm. jar minced mushrooms
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. beer
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. jalapenos (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil in large bowl. Heat oil in iron skillet till warm. Pour oil in mix. Pour skillet 1/2 full, cover with cheese, pour in remaining batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min.
