- 1St Layer: Heat oleo in 9 x 13 pan. Fold in flour and 1 c. nuts, press in pan. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees - cold 1 hour.
- 2nd Layer: Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese, mix in 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip. Spread over first layer.
- 3rd Layer: 2 pkgs. pudding mixed according to directions on box. Pour over 2nd layer.
- 4th Layer: Top with Cold Whip. Sprinkle with nuts.
