  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly black walnut flavoring
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. nuts, minced fine

Инструкции

  1. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla thoroughly. Measure flour by the dipping or possibly sifting method. Stir flour and salt together. Blend in nuts. Refrigeratedough. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll dough in 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. (Cookies don't spread.) Bake 10 to 12 min at 400 degrees. While hot roll in powdered sugar. Cold and reroll in powdered sugar again. Makes 4 dozen.
