Mexican Style Shrimp Salad

1 14oz bag small frozen cooked shrimp (thawed in refrigerator or under cold running water)

1 small white onion, diced small

5 green onions chopped (white and green parts)

1 can small dice tomatoes w/Jalapeno (or 1 can stewed tomatoes with Mexican seasonings mashed up real good)

1 bunch of Cilantro (I wash, dry and pull the small leaves off) (I like lots of cilantro, you can use the amount you like)

The juice of 2 Large Persian limes

Fresh gound black pepper

I don't use salt but you can if you like.

1 Fresh Jalapeno, cleaned of seeds and membrane and diced fine
